Payments & Cancellations

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when professional service fees may be refundable, non-refundable or partially refundable when you engage Global Salaha & Financial Services.

Last Updated: 26 August 2026

Global Salaha & Financial Services (“Global Salaha”, “we”, “us” or “our”) aims to provide transparent and professional support. Because many of our services involve professional time, document review, application preparation and third-party processes, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work and the nature of the service.

1. General Refund Principle

Service fees are charged for professional effort, consultation, document review, preparation, coordination and related support. A refund is not automatically available merely because a loan, registration, insurance application, tax filing, credit dispute or other third-party process does not produce the outcome expected by the client.

2. When a Refund May Be Considered

A refund may be considered where:

  • You cancel before substantive work has started.
  • We are unable to begin the agreed service due to an internal operational reason.
  • A duplicate payment has been made to us by mistake.
  • A payment was collected in error for a service that was not requested.
  • We agree in writing that a particular service fee is refundable under specific conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Fees may be non-refundable where work has already begun or where costs have already been incurred, including:

  • Consultation already provided.
  • Document review, checklist preparation or profile assessment completed.
  • Application forms or filings prepared.
  • Loan, insurance, tax, registration or compliance application already submitted.
  • Work performed by accountants, legal professionals, consultants or other third-party professionals.
  • Third-party or platform fees already paid or committed.
  • Government, statutory, registration or filing fees.
  • Bank, NBFC, insurer, credit bureau or payment-gateway charges.
  • Cases where a service is delayed or rejected due to incomplete, inaccurate or ineligible client information.
Important: Loan rejection, lower-than-expected sanction amount, higher interest rate, delayed disbursement, insurance rejection, claim rejection, credit score outcome, government rejection or statutory processing delay does not by itself make our professional service fee refundable.

4. Loan & Funding Services

Fees paid for loan consultation, eligibility review, documentation, file preparation or application coordination may become non-refundable once substantive work has started.

All loan sanctions and disbursements are subject to the lender's independent credit policy. We do not guarantee loan approval or disbursement.

5. Tax, GST & Compliance Services

Fees for tax filing, GST, ROC, business registration, MSME/Udyam, FSSAI, trademark, LLP, company registration or similar services may be non-refundable after preparation, submission or professional review has started.

Government fees, filing fees, penalties, stamp duties and statutory charges are generally non-refundable unless the relevant authority itself provides a refund.

6. Investment, Wealth & Retirement Services

Consultation or planning fees for wealth, investment or retirement services may be non-refundable once the consultation, analysis or planning work has been delivered or commenced.

Any product cancellation or redemption, where applicable, is governed by the terms of the relevant product provider and applicable law.

7. Insurance Services

Insurance premium refunds, policy cancellation and free-look rights are governed by the insurer's policy terms and applicable insurance regulations. Global Salaha does not control insurer refund decisions.

Any separate professional service fee charged by us may be subject to this Refund Policy.

8. CIBIL & Credit Support

Fees for credit report review, documentation support or dispute preparation may be non-refundable once work has commenced. We do not guarantee any specific CIBIL score increase, data correction or dispute outcome.

9. Business Advisory & Documentation Support

Fees for business advisory, documentation review, financial analysis, funding readiness or application preparation may become non-refundable once the agreed work has begun or deliverables have been substantially prepared.

10. Third-Party Charges

The following charges are ordinarily not refundable by us because they are collected by or paid to third parties:

  • Government and statutory fees.
  • Bank or NBFC processing charges.
  • Insurance premiums or insurer charges.
  • Credit bureau charges.
  • Payment gateway charges where non-refundable.
  • Professional fees paid to third-party specialists.
  • Stamp duty, registration charges or similar statutory expenses.

11. Cancellation Before Work Starts

If you wish to cancel a service, contact us as soon as possible. Where no substantive work has started and no external cost has been incurred, we may consider refunding the service fee, subject to any administrative or payment-processing charges disclosed to you.

12. Partial Refunds

Where part of the service has already been completed, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, calculate a partial refund after deducting:

  • Work already completed.
  • Professional time already spent.
  • Third-party expenses incurred.
  • Government or statutory fees.
  • Payment processing costs where applicable.

13. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you believe you have made a duplicate or incorrect payment, contact us with payment details and proof. Verified duplicate payments will generally be eligible for refund after reconciliation.

14. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, contact us and provide:

  • Your full name and contact number.
  • Service requested.
  • Payment date and amount.
  • Transaction or payment reference.
  • Reason for the refund request.

We may request additional information to verify the transaction and the stage of work completed.

15. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable period after verification. Actual credit time may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card network or original payment method.

16. Method of Refund

Where reasonably possible, approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method or another verified method agreed with the customer.

17. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment is incorrect, please contact us first so the issue can be reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks relating to properly delivered services may be disputed with supporting records, subject to applicable law.

18. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, payment processes or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page.
